Talking about Allison’s early life, she was born on April 27, 1992 in Glendale, California.

As the daughter of Salvadoran immigrants, Allison Iraheta was born with Hispanic ethnicity.

The lead single “Friday I’ll be over u” became quite popular.

Since Allison was a toddler, she began singing and started taking voice lessons from the Los Angeles Music and Art School since 2001.

She attended Los Angeles' Animo Ralph Bunche Charter High School where she flourished more of her singing abilities.

Throughout her American Idol journey she sang songs by various artists including Michael Jackson, Aerosmith, Patty Loveless, Garnet Mimms, Pink etc.

After she was eliminated she made TV appearances through popular shows like The Ellen De Generes Show, Live with Regis and Kelly , The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, Larry King Live and local Fox television associates.

Besides she also was in various radio stations and took part in American Idols LIVE! Allison released her first album “Just like you” under Jive Records on December 1, 2009.

The album made it at number 35 on the Billboard 200 album chart.Allison went to Animo Ralph Bunche Charter High School in Los Angeles.Allison used to be a performer at the Los Angeles Music and Art School’s annual benefit concert called as Stars for the Arts and also performed frequently at the Local Latin Electronics Store, La Curacao.Her songs "Friday I'll Be Over U" and "Scars" have been licensed for use in the 2010 TV special "New Ghoul @ School".
