COMPASS EN, DE, FR, ES, DK, FI, LT, PL COMPASS is a specific tool for the definition and documentation of Intercultural-Competencies acquired in European Mobility Projects.In 5 steps, the partners involved in a mobility project (sending organisation, mobility participants and hosting organisation) can align the curricula and learning objectives in a dialogue and visualise the progress of competence gained abroad. With the help of the various “Can Descriptions“ (EN, DE, FR, ES, DK, FI) allocated to the various fields of operation, competence profiles and their changes can be shown.

The European Commission launched a proposal for Council Recommendation on the validation of non-formal and informal learning on 5 September 2012.
